Learning organization
A structured learning organization is crucial for successfully achieving the C2 certificate. A clear plan will help you save time and maintain motivation. On this page, you'll find all the tools, tips, and resources you need to efficiently structure your learning process.
1. Placement test
Start your preparation with an important step: take a placement test to identify your strengths and weaknesses in vocabulary, grammar, listening, speaking, writing, and reading. This will help you assess your level and create a suitable study plan. Below, you’ll find different test options – I recommend taking the official Cambridge test. The third option is a YouTube video.
2. Learning plan creation
Creating a rough study plan is a simple but important step. Open the AI chat window and enter your exam date, study days, and your strengths and weaknesses in each exam area. The AI will then create a personalized plan tailored to you, which you can adjust anytime.
Example prompt:
I can study from Monday to Thursday. I’m good at speaking and listening but weaker in grammar and vocabulary. My exam is in 4 months.

This is one of the AI windows, or more specifically, Grok API windows, which you'll encounter several times throughout the website. Each window is programmed for a specific purpose. If you want to delete the chat history, simply click the small double-arrow button. Try it out now and create your first learning plan!
3. Learning techniques
The third step focuses on making your learning structured and efficient. Divide each study session into three phases: introduction, deep practice, and self-testing. The introduction eases you into the topic, deep practice allows targeted work, and the self-test helps you check your knowledge and find gaps. Start each new session with a short test to reactivate prior knowledge. Regular self-testing and learning in small chunks improve understanding and long-term retention — essential for language learning.
These core techniques form the basis of your learning structure. More specific strategies, such as flashcards for vocabulary or reading books to improve comprehension, will be covered later for each language skill.

4. Motivation
Motivation is one of the most difficult aspects of exam preparation. Fortunately, there are various methods and strategies that can make studying more enjoyable and relaxed, rather than constantly having to push yourself.
-
Set small, achievable goals to make your progress more visible.
-
Reward yourself after each study session, for example with a break or your favorite show.
-
Regularly switch topics or methods to keep things varied, such as alternating between listening and writing.
-
Stay positive: Remember how the C2 certificate will benefit you and how you’re doing yourself a favor.
